The Fore! Reservations Point of Sale system is integrated with many applications. The most important integration is with the Fore! Reservations Tee Sheet and Customer Database. When transactions are tied to actual customers, the power of the system grows exponentially. No more guesswork; find out who truly are your "best" customers. In addition, the Point of Sale also integrates with multiple other interfaces to help your business run smoothly.

Customer Integrations
Automatically Bring Up Correct Green Fee - Based off the golfer's customer type (as well as the date and time of play), the correct green fee is brought into the shopping cart for ease of entry.
Auto Billing Based On Customer Category - Easily bill handicap fees, locker fees, etc. based off each customer's categories.
Automatic Discounting - When a customer is marked with a discount, all logical items in the Shopping Cart are automatically reduced in price to ensure easy and accurate ring-up.
Tax Exempt Status - If a golfer or group is marked tax-exempt, taxes are not charged in the Shopping Cart and a comprehensive back office report is generated for full auditing capabilities.
Accounts Receivable/Member Billing - Easily ring up A/R transactions, avoid exceeding billing limits, and run multiple monthly/annual A/R charges through the billing wizard.
Credits/Awards - Run an Awards Program or Golf Shop Credits with ease by tying transactions to customers.
Special Orders - Tie customers to their merchandise orders using the customer special order integration.
Additional POS Integrations
Loyalty Cards - Produce loyalty cards that integrate into the system. With bar code scanning technology, you can easily track and reward your most frequent customers while building customer loyalty. Loyalty cards can be produced with any printer of your choosing, or use one of Fore! Reservations reccommended vendors.
Property Management Interface - Tie transactions to certain Hotel Property Management systems to make golfer transactions charge directly back to their room. These charges show up immediately on the guests "folio". This interface is supported for the Micros Fidelio PMS system; Version 6.0, Suite 7 or Opera.
Property Management System Emulator - Allow other Food and Beverage POS systems to post account charges directly into the Fore! Reservations system. Streamline your billing process and generate one A/R statement for the entire facility even when using two separate Point of Sale systems. The F&B system posting into Fore! Reservations must have the ability to post to a Micros Fidelio PMS System; Version 6.0, Suite 7 or Opera. Known systems that are compliant are Aloha and Pos-i-Touch.
Integrated Credit Cards and Gift Cards - Tie everything together with an integrated high-speed solution that is fast, reliable and secure. Accounting loopholes are closed and the point of sale process becomes faster and simpler with either ETS or Mercury Payment Systems as your credit card processor. Fore! Reservations does not charge either integrating partner for the development time and initial support of the interface, however you should be aware of all PCI/PA-DSS/PABP/CISP compliance guidelines and fees when choosing a credit card partner.
Range Interfaces - Fore! Reservations allows for a seamless and secure range dispenser integration with either e-Range or Range Servant. Items sold within the Fore! Reservations Point of Sale system will generate a unique "pin code" on the receipt that the golfer then enters into the machine to dispense balls. This allows for full tracking with every range transaction and increased operational efficiency.
Data Analysis Interfaces - Customers that use Golf Datatech or Pellucid Corp to analyze their data can now do so right through the Fore! Reservations system, eliminating the need for unwieldy processes.
